Spirit Clothing will be sold at special events like the Kick-Off Meeting and Pep Rally, and at home games in the new stadium. Responsibilities include spending time with other parents while selling spirit wear during events (one and two hour time slots).

2010 coordinator: Jerry Gentile
The BQBC provides a great program every year that features pictures of the football teams, marching band, color guard, cheerleaders and pom pom squads. We sell sponsorships to local businesses and family ads are also available. The BQBC needs volunteers to oversee the ad sales for 2010 and shadow with the current Program Coordinator and Sponsorship Coordinators, in putting together the 2010 program. The programs are sold at home games, if you are able to donate an hour or two to sell-please sign up.

COMEDY NIGHT
2010 Coordinator: Lance Murdock
The second annual BHS Quarteback Club Comedy Night will be held toward the end of the summer. Probably about a week before the red white scrimmage. Volunteers are needed to help setup the event, obtain silent auction items, registration, cashier and clean-up. Time commitment varies with duties.

GOOD LUCK BRONCO ADS
2010 coordinator: Karen Brda
Families are able to purchase Good Luck Bronco Ads in the football program which is a captioned picture of their player and teammates during practices and camps. The boys love these pictures as they're candid action shots. Volunteers are needed at all class levels to take pictures, identify players and organize pictures with captions. Time commitment of about 4 hours.

FILLIE FOOTBALL
2010 Coordinators: Peggy Meyer & Dan Conway
The Fillie Football game has become one of the most attended traditions of homecoming weekend. The Quarterback Club assists with volunteers as cashiers and ticket takers at the gates. Many volunteers are needed for to assist with the large crowds. Both Moms and Dads are needed. Time commitment for early setup and cashiers only two hours. Some Dads are needed to watch gates entire time (three hours).

PANCAKE BREAKFAST
2010 coordinator: Patti Dulla
The BQBC sponsors this traditional event held on Homecoming morning. the Pancake Breakfast has been an annual event for decades. Volunteers are needed to set-up, cook pancakes and sausages (don't worry, we'll train you), serve, cashier and clean-up. It's all morning work that is broken up into 2 to 3 hour shifts. Remember the Sophomores typically don't play on the Saturday of Homecoming so this is a great opportunity for the parents of the underclassmen.

2010 coordinators Dave and Reggie Good
The BQBC provides a float promoting the BHS football program in the 4th of July parade. Football players participate in this parade and the BHS Homecoming parade by riding/walking distributing schedules and selling raffle tickets. Responsibilities include working with a group of parents and players decorating the float for the parade on the 4th and walking with the players at both parades. Time commitment about three hours.

This spirit event is usually held the day before the first varsity game. All high school football players attend as well as the color guard, marching band, pom pom and cheerleading squads. The Barrington Youth Football teams and cheerleading squads are also invited and introduced. Responsibilities include organizing and inviting all participants. Time commitment is minimal.

The BQBC sponsors this event which is held at the last home game of the season to honor all of the graduating seniors in football, pom pom, cheerleading and band. Time commitment: about two hours the night of the game with additional hours days prior.

CHICAGO BEARS SEASON TICKET RAFFLE

This is a QBC fund raising activity. The ticket sales begin at the 4th of July Parade and are sold throughout the season until the winner is announced at half time of the last home game. Responsibilities include escorting groups of players selling tickets at the parades,and selling at early home games and events. Time commitment is several hours.
